Full payment MUST be received at the time of service. NO IOU's. Fills with 5 or more nails missing will be charged for a new set. If you are late for your appointment, I will only do basic nail art as I often book back to back appointments and it is not fair for my next client to have to wait because someone else was late.

Please cancel at least 24 hrs in advance so i have the chance to rebook that appointment. If you are a no show or are unable to give me 24hrs notice there will be a $10.00 charge at your next appointment..If you know that you are going to be late please tell me and then if you think you will be really late than we can figure out and agree on a better time for you and I.

To make an efficient to save your time and mine please have an idea of what colour and design you would like. Pinterest is a great app. And you can text me to your board so I can tell you if I can do the design or have those colors in advance.

In the past I have done work on people who decided with a color and then half way through completing the work change their mind. I have no problem with redoing it however there will be a charge of $20 per hour spent on prior work completed.

Guarantee:
Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please call to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $3 each. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
